The sports activities

Pencak Silat

Silat is traditionally practiced in a form of rhythmic combat with weapons, sticks or bare hands. This is a stylized exercise based on a series of codified sequences (or drills) called jurus. The animal forms are very important in the Silat, and these are united under the name of langkah, which designates the positions and the movements necessary to the martial practice. So, the language is a standby position and the Tiga is a guard position. The langkah thus offers a vast repertory of attacks, parries, and dodges. It is the choice of certain shapes, relative to others

Hatha Yoga

A particular form of yoga that was codified in India, before reaching, in the twentieth century, the West. It means (exercise yoga) and mainly concerns spiritual awakening through correct postures (āsana), the discipline of breath (prānāyāma) and meditation.

Muay Thai (Thai Boxing)

Thai boxing originated in ancestral martial practices, especially in muay boran (traditional boxing) and krabi krabi (practice with weapons). She is the most popular stall in Southeast Asia.

Wushu

The terms wushu (Chinese: pinyin: wùshù, literally: martial art) or (modern wushu) are used to designate a competitive sport, derived from traditional Chinese martial arts.

Artistic Activities

Angklung

(The Indonesian Angklung) was inscribed in 2010 by UNESCO on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Angklung is both a musical instrument and a set of musicians using it. It is a complex Indonesian rattle popular throughout Southeast Asia. One can play in the form of orchestra or in traditional music or in the form of temporal music (current).

Ballet for Kids

A form of dance with music using precise steps and gestures. It is characterized by its light, graceful, fluid movements and the use of spikes.

Theater (Sangkuriang)

Sangkuriang is a Sundanese legend. It tells of the creation of Bandung Lake, Parahu Mountain Tangkuban, Burangrang, and Bukit Tunggu, as well as the story of a young man who falls in love with his mother.

Traditional Dance

(Tari Saman) (for teenagers) is a traditional Indonesian dance. Also known as (Dance of a Thousand Hands), she is native to the island of Sumatra and initially present in the Alas and Gayo cultures. (Tari Betawi) for children 6-12 years old.
