Aden Services recruits a Site Manager for its Operation Department in Dong Ao island, opposite Zhuhai, not too far from Guangzhou/ShenZhen
The Company Brief:

The main business scope of ADEN shall be the activities directly involving
Maintenance, Security, Catering, Cleaning and Foodservice.
We serve our clients in their factories, research & development centers,
office buildings, residential areas, hotels, schools, medical facilities, etc.,
as well as extraction or construction sites in remote environments.
Purpose of role:
- Ensure the service delivery onsite matches both the proposal and
the customers’ expectations - Identify proactively improvements opportunities at the operations
level and share them with the point of contact of the customers - Intercept the incidents and define clear action plan to solve them
- Ensure all things matches customer requirements
- Attend monthly or quarterly meeting of customers if appropriate;
give feedback in a timely and professional manner - Be the point of contact of this/these customers
- Review and interpret feedbacks from the customers to initiate
appropriate actions and improve the existing offer; advise clients
on how to better achieve required results to increase the
customers’ satisfaction - Insure all aspects of the day-to-day management of the sites are
in accordance with the Company standards - To undertake any other tasks relating to site manage
Skills required:
- Successful candidate will has experience for laundry/housekeeping/
cleaning departments in hotels or other facility management - Has the ability to lead, direct, control; handles authority properly;
the ability to compete against a standard of excellence; sets high
standards and pursues aggressive goals; takes action and
responsibility for achieving business results - Recognizes and analyzes problems and then evaluates alternative
and solution, anticipates consequences and makes recommendations
to eliminate obstacles to successful completion of objectives or
responsibilities. - Exhibits appropriate work conducts and work habits; productively
engages and puts forth extra efforts when needed to complete
projects and meet deadlines; high level of ambition, drive, energy
and enthusiasm in work. - Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills ability to
prioritises - Workload at month end to meet milestone dates
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- A flexible approach, with a willingness to occasionally work additional
hours, if required
Other Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Young and dynamic person
- French nationality and can speak proper English
- College diploma or above
- Have experience in project/site management
- Minimum of 5-8 years related experiences, preferably the third party
service company accounts experience.
Holidays & welfare
- 8 weeks on site/2 weeks off
- Food, laundry and accommodation will be offered while on duty
