Philippe Gustin, invit\u00e9 par l&rsquo;Union des Fran\u00e7ais de l&rsquo;Etranger-Wurtemberg (UFW) dans le cadre de la \u00absemaine fran\u00e7aise\u00bb de Stuttgart.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le 24 Octobre 2015, notre Association avait invit\u00e9 <strong>M.Philippe Gustin,<\/strong> Pr\u00e9fet, ancien Ambassadeur, actuellement Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Services du D\u00e9partement de l&rsquo;Eure, \u00e0 faire une conf\u00e9rence \u00e0 l&rsquo;Institut fran\u00e7ais de Stuttgart sur le th\u00e8me: \u00abL&rsquo;organisation territoriale de la France\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Devant une assistance nombreuse (plus de 50 personnes), compos\u00e9e d&rsquo;Allemands et de Fran\u00e7ais, de jeunes et de moins jeunes, M.Gustin a d\u00e9crit avec une grande comp\u00e9tence (et une pointe d&rsquo;humour!) le \u00abmille-feuilles\u00bb de l&rsquo;organisation territoriale de la France (communes, agglom\u00e9rations de communes, arrondissements, cantons, d\u00e9partements, r\u00e9gions,&#8230;) et a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le nouveau \u00abd\u00e9coupage\u00bb r\u00e9gional ainsi que les avantages et inconv\u00e9nients li\u00e9s \u00e0 ces nouvelles r\u00e9gions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En s&rsquo;appuyant sur de nombreuses r\u00e9f\u00e9rences historiques, et en se situant en permanence dans une optique de comparaison entre la France et l&rsquo;Allemagne, le conf\u00e9rencier a su rendre son discours \u00e0 la fois instructif et passionnant.
